Laurie Williams is the founder and musical director of The Old Scholars’ Choir.
He has been a member of various Adelaide choirs, including the Adelaide University Choral Society, the St Peter’s Cathedral choir and several other church choirs.
He is an occasional organist, mostly self trained.
Laurie is not a professional musician. He has degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics from The University of Adelaide.
He is a firm believer in the benefits of physical fitness, including for singing. His fitness activities include running, swimming, gym, bike riding and bushwalking.
